We are in Yorkshire, so it should be no surprise that we've managed to create both a jam and this chutney featuring this local delicacy! Sweet and tart all at the same time, rhubarb is really versatile, distinctive and has become a favourite of top chefs. We've added a good amount of spice to build out the flavours and even some Hambleton Ale for good measure. Try our chutney with grilled pork chops, in a ham sandwich or with cheese and crackers.
