We're really pleased with this combination, as the apricot brings a big, fruity flavour that acts as a brilliant backdrop to the exotic notes of the passionfruit. This is definitely a jam to smother on toast and wake up your taste buds on a sleepy morning. A taste of the tropics from Yorkshire.
