The ultimate indulgence! At least that's what we think. This banana-packed recipe took quite a while to perfect, as we wanted to capture the full texture and taste of a great banoffee pie filling. Customer reaction at shows would suggest that we've done a pretty decent job of that. Great as a topping, but gorgeous on vanilla ice cream or even spread on toast as a very naughty late-night snack.
