The ultimate indulgence! At least that's what we think. This recipe took quite a while to perfect, as we wanted to capture the full texture and taste of a great salted caramel, as you'd find from artisan makers in the USA. Customer reaction at shows would suggest that we've done a pretty decent job of that. Great as a topping, but gorgeous on vanilla ice cream or even spread on toast as a very naughty late-night snack.
