
With the addition of black truffle, this is probably... no, definitely, our most indulgent cheese recipe yet. While making our fully-mature cheddar, small flecks of real black truffle are mixed-in (none of that artificial truffle flavouring for thee or me) to give the cheese a very distinctive flavour. It's like that thing on Great British Menu when a bit of grated black truffle suddenly gets the judges attention and the other chefs think "why didn't I do that"! A wonderful savoury treat (without the restaurant price).
Ingredients: Mature Cheddar Cheese (contains milk and Potassium Sorbate preservative), Natural Truffina Salsa (1%).
